Artemis ARC Welcomes New Communications Director JP DiMartino

WASHINGTON, November 18, 2024 – Artemis ARC welcomes John Paul (JP) DiMartino to the team as director of communications. In his new role, DiMartino oversees a portfolio of communications, marketing, outreach and advertising projects for a variety of federal clients.

DiMartino is a strategic and engaging communications professional with extensive experience in international affairs, strategic planning and advising senior executives in the public sector. He leads large and small-scale communications programs and teams, oversees the development of communications and engagement strategies and implements strategic marketing tactics in support of campaigns, programs and events.

DiMartino brings years of experience to Artemis in consulting and strategic, crisis and executive communications, supporting the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), other federal agencies and private-sector clients. As a section chief and senior advisor at VBA, DiMartino produced the two most successful external campaigns in the administration’s history and provided public affairs strategies and advice to the Undersecretary for Benefits.
