Claire brings a decade of experience in capture and proposal development within the professional services sector, responding to government solicitations. In her role at Artemis, she leads the growth strategy and oversees proposal management operations. Using a human-centered design approach, Claire brings to Artemis a strong history and passion for identifying growth opportunities coupled with a proven ability to cultivate innovative partnerships across industry and the Federal government.

Her extensive experience spans various agencies, including Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Interior, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Agriculture and the National Science Foundation. Demonstrating her success, Claire has excelled in identifying, capturing, managing proposals and securing multimillion-dollar contracts in marketing communications, project management, strategic planning and IT enterprise operations.

Claire’s expertise extends to researching and analyzing market trends, deciphering unspoken client needs, and leveraging this insight to guide her team in developing innovative solutions. Her strategic approach aims to expand the organizational portfolio and drive growth across the entirety of the organization.
