We design, measure and act on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
Data Science
Artemis leverages focus groups for qualitative measurement as well as email marketing and web analytics to help ensure comprehensive and cross-platform data tracking. This approach allows us to adjust the key metrics we monitor and ensures materials and communication tools are improving awareness and increasing positive outreach.
Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Organizations often must carry out large-scale changes and complex initiatives that alter their culture, business models and day-to-day operations. Artemis helps customers manage the people side of change. Artemis’ Prosci-certified change management practitioners are specialists in the Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) model used to support OCM to help clients prepare for, manage and reinforce change.
