Artemis ARC Selected to Support VA Dental Pilot Program

Artemis ARC received a contract to support the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Dental Pilot Program, authorized by the Senator Elizabeth Dole 21st Century Veterans Healthcare and Benefits Improvement Act.

The two-year pilot spans VISN 01 (New England) and VISN 15 (Midwest), covering multiple VA Medical Centers and clinics. The program strengthens oversight of community care dental services by bringing on board dentists, a dental specialist and support staff to review and validate approximately 8,750 treatment plans annually. A dedicated team will manage compliance, reporting and engagement with stakeholders, including Congress, to ensure accountability and measurable results.

Through this work, Artemis ARC will help VA confirm that treatment plans meet established standards, streamline communication between VA dentists and community providers, and improve the quality and efficiency of dental care for Veterans.

“This program represents an important step forward in advancing oral health care for our nation’s Veterans,” said Aly Glick, President of Artemis ARC. “We are honored to partner with VA to provide the expertise and oversight necessary to ensure Veterans receive safe, appropriate and timely dental services.”
