Artemis Named DAV Patriot Employer of the Year

Artemis has been named the 2025 Patriot Employer of the Year by Disabled American Veterans (DAV), a national nonprofit that supports disabled Veterans and their families. The award honors Artemis for its commitment to hiring, supporting and empowering Veterans.

Artemis was selected for the national-level honor from among hundreds of small businesses across the country. The DAV Patriot Employer of the Year award recognizes organizations in three categories — small, midsize and large — for their leadership in Veteran employment and support.

Artemis CEO Luke Sturges accepted the award during DAV’s 2025 National Convention held in Las Vegas on August 10.

Since its founding, Artemis has made Veteran support a core part of its mission, both through its work with the Department of Veterans Affairs and through service-focused community initiatives. The company’s commitment extends to its workforce, with targeted recruitment strategies, skills-based training programs and a culture that honors military experience as a valuable asset. This national recognition from DAV reflects Artemis’s ongoing dedication to helping Veterans thrive in civilian careers and continue their service in new ways.

Veterans bring incredible talent, resilience and leadership to our workforce. At Artemis, we don’t just value their service, we’re building a company where that service continues in new and meaningful ways. We’re honored by this recognition from DAV and even more inspired to keep expanding our impact.
